We distinguish between Guest Users and Registered Users to maximize your control.
Guest Mode vs. Account Mode
- Guest Mode:Data is processed locally in your browser. We do not store inputs unless you save/share.
- Accounts:Data is encrypted and stored in our secure database for historical tracking.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Generate Recaps: Creating the PDF reports and dashboards you request.
- Benchmark Aggregation: We aggregate anonymized data to improve the accuracy of our industry benchmarks (e.g., "SaaS Churn Rates in MENA"). We never share your individual data with other users.
- Service Recommendations: Based on your metrics, we may recommend relevant services from our parent company, Relikads.
