1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you") and Recaport ("we," "us," or "our"), a subsidiary of Relikads, concerning your access to and use of the Recaport website, tools, and generated reports (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, using our calculators, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform.
2. Accounts & Registration
While you may use our "Public Tools" anonymously, certain features (saving data, historical tracking) require you to register for an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use or a breach of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: The source code, algorithms, benchmark data, report designs, and the Recaport logo are proprietary to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the specific financial and marketing data you input into the Platform. By inputting this data, you grant Recaport a license to process, anonymize, and aggregate it to generate your reports and improve our benchmarks (as detailed in our Privacy Policy).
4. Financial Disclaimer (Important)
Recaport provides financial modeling and benchmarking tools for informational purposes only.
No Professional Advice
The "Recaps," "Burn Rates," and "Runway Projections" generated by our tools are estimates based on your inputs and our algorithms. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice. Recaport and Relikads are not liable for any business decisions (including fundraising, hiring, or pivoting) made based on these calculations. Always consult a qualified CFO or accountant.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our algorithms or benchmarking logic.
- Scrape or systematically retrieve data from the Site to create a competing database.
- Input false or misleading data intended to manipulate our aggregate benchmarks.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Recaport, Relikads, or our directors be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost profit or loss of data) arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
