We use Stripe to handle all billing and invoicing securely. You can access the self-serve Customer Portal to manage your subscription.
Accessing Invoices
- Log in to Calanar.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click "Manage Subscription".
- You will be redirected to the secure Stripe portal.
- Scroll down to "Invoice History" to download PDF versions of past payments.
Updating Payment Methods
If your credit card has expired or you want to switch to a corporate card:
- Go to the "Manage Subscription" portal.
- Under "Payment Method", click "+ Add Payment Method".
- Enter the new card details.
- Make the new card "Default" and remove the old one if necessary.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or bank decline), Calanar will automatically retry 3 times over the next week. If payment continues to fail, your account will be temporarily downgraded to the Starter (Free) tier until the balance is settled.
💡 Pro Tip
VAT / Tax ID: If you need your company's VAT number or Tax ID to appear on your invoices, you can add this directly inside the Stripe portal under "Billing Information."
