Exporting Reports

Calanar isn't just for you; it's for your stakeholders. We offer several ways to get data out of the platform.

The Investor Update (PDF)

Stop spending 4 hours every month creating your investor update. Calanar can auto-generate a 3-page PDF summary.

1. Go to Reports > Investor Update.
2. Select the Month you are reporting on.
3. Add your qualitative commentary (Highlights, Lowlights, Asks) in the text box.
4. Click "Generate PDF".

What's included:

• High-level P&L (Revenue, Burn, Cash).
• Growth Charts (MRR, Active Users).
• Your commentary.

Board Deck Export (PPTX)

Available on Scale Plan only.

Download a native PowerPoint file with editable charts. This allows you to copy-paste Calanar charts directly into your branded board deck without taking screenshots.

Raw Data (CSV)

For finance teams who want to build custom models in Excel or Google Sheets:

1. Navigate to any table in the dashboard.
2. Look for the "Export CSV" icon in the top right corner.
3. The file will download immediately containing all rows and columns currently visible.
